With a Janka hardness of 1450 lb/ft, Rock Maple (acer saccharum) is more than 50% harder than mahogany.

Rock maple pins have a firm, enjoyable press on doughs and pastas, while light and airy in the hand.

Finished with 100% pure, food grade mineral oil. Re-apply every 6-12 months.
